Uses:
Spritz (2-3 sprays) directly on your face + body whenever you need to feel relaxed. As a nice bedtime ritual you can spray on bed linens and pillows, too.

For dogs: 1-3 sprays on fido's bed + in air around the pup will help ease nervousness or separation anxiety.  
For babies + children: 1 spray on linens and pillows before bed to help soothe + relax and to create a calming bedtime ritual.
