    • Three bamboo makeup applicators

Here are some tips and techniques for using your new face paints!

    • Allow time for paint to dry between layers to achieve a more professional and detailed application.
    • Use the enclosed make-up sponge to blend colors, to create a soft, hazy look, or to coat the entire face with one color.
    • Use tiny brushes and eyeshadow applicators for finer details.
    • Rinse all brushes with soap and water after use so they'll be ready for your next application.
    • To speed drying time of paints, dust cornstarch over wet face paint.
    • Mix colors to get a wider range of colors (remember, red + yellow = orange; blue + red = purple…).
    • Use black or violet to darken colors.Moisten Applicators before dipping in paint to make more fluid paint
WHAT DOES IT REPLACE? Most pre-made face paints on the market contain a variety of toxic chemical stabilizers, petrochemicals, fillers, and preservatives.

    ABOUT THE COMPANY
Natural Earth Paint was founded in 2011 by professional artist, mom and environmentalist, Leah Fanning. After becoming pregnant with her first child in 2009, Leah immediately disposed of all of her toxic and synthetic supplies. She had been searching for truly non-toxic, yet very high quality art supplies for years and with the news of her baby on the way she finally decided to create the products that she desired. After realizing that this way of painting created much higher quality and more archival supplies than the synthetic, toxic counterparts, she was on a mission to spread the word to artists everywhere.

Natural Earth Paint was born soon after with only two products: the Children’s Earth Paint Kit and the Earth Oil Paint Kit and production took place in one small room at home. After years of dedication, hard work, and support from eco-conscious customers like you, we are thankful to be a growing business as we continue to spread the word about our all-natural products.

NEP is committed to a truly eco-friendly business model as reflected by their prestigious Gold certification from Green America - the highest rank for a green business. They continue to use locally made, 100% post consumer recycled packaging, biodegradable plastic bags and recyclable glass bottles. They operate out of a 100% solar powered facility and give back to Mama Earth and those in need in a myriad of ways (including our plant a tree campaign and donating to amazing causes throughout the country). NEP won the prestigious Cribsie Award in 2016 after 40,000 people voted and has received rave reviews in over 100 blogs, reviews and magazine articles, including Forbes and Huffington Post.
