Almost Too Nice To Burn.
Whether you light this stunning crow or simply use it for decor, this 100% beeswax Crow is a special piece of art. It was hand sculpted and cast by in-house artisans in Seattle at Big Dipper Wax Works.
Pair it with other candles from our fall collection like our pumpkins, or black and orange beeswax tapers. Even after Halloween, this elegant bird just feels like fall.
Psst... makes a great hostess gift, too.
100% pure beeswax is naturally aromatic, infused with the sweet, subtle scent of honey. Non-toxic and non-allergenic, beeswax candles burn clean—and soot free. While burning, they release negative ions, improving air quality by eliminating pollutants and allergens from the air that we breathe.
WHAT'S GOOD?
WHAT DOES IT REPLACE?
Drippy, fast burning, soot producing, petroleum-based, fragrance-infused candles. Most soy candles are mixed with paraffin, too. In the US, in order for the label to read Soy Candle, it only has to be 51% Soy. Same goes for Beeswax, be sure the label reads 100% pure beeswax.
BORING (BUT USEFUL) STUFF
This Crow candle stands 4" tall by 3.5" wide and burns for approximately 24 hours, assuming you trim the wick and burn just a few hours at a time.
To extend the life of your crow, you can place a beeswax tea light in it after a few burns to enjoy its luminous glow.
Beeswax burns clean and purifies the air at the same time! In addition to supporting sustainable beekeeping, the consumption of beeswax candles is also good for the air we breathe. Unlike paraffin candles, which are made with a petroleum-based wax, beeswax candles have a completely clean non-toxic burn and produce negative ions when burning.
