Natural Wood Soap Dishes

Plastic-free. Non-breakable. Renewable.

Form and function makes this soap dish perfect for bath, shower, powder room and kitchen. Designed simply with just a minimal surface area so your favorite bar soap dries quickly and lasts longer. The wide angled channels allows the water to quickly drain and dry both the soap and the dish. Each dish has been meticulously hand sanded on all edges, creating a soft, elegant look and feel. We value-priced these because we suggest you buy two, so when one gets wet or needs a cleaning and air dry, you can swap in the other.

Care Instructions — A soap dish significantly extends the life of a bar of soap, but did you know that you can also extend the life of your soap dish? Use your soap dishes in pairs to extend the life of the dish - use one dish for 2-3 weeks, and then wipe it clean with a damp cloth and set aside to allow it to fully dry out. Use the 2nd dish for 2-3 weeks while the first dish is drying out. Alternating wood soap dishes this way will prevent mold and mildew from developing and growing on your dish and greatly extend the life of the dish.

INGREDIENTS/MATERIALS
Natural woods retrieved from lumber mill scraps.  Beech wood is a sustainable hardwood that grows in abundance here in North American, and it performs exceptionally well with water and moisture exposure. beech wood is a heavy hardwood that has a soft pinkish red color with a specked wood grain. While costing just a few cents more per piece than poplar, beech wood is a favorite of many of my customers as it is a heavier hard wood that feels more substantial and valuable because of the weight.

Bar soap lovers! This is fab!

When one is designing a new bathroom to reflect 1916 ambiance, in a 107 year old house, a Natural Wood Soap Dish is the way to go. Don't forget to take that moist, last sliver of soap and press it onto a new bar to when it becomes too small to be effective. (Advice from a depression era survivor nick named Junebug)

Wow! Your bathroom looks amazing. Thank you for taking a moment to shoot and upload photos. AND, for sharing Junebug's advice. Another idea is to keep them in a soap saver bag so the bits don't fall into the drain but you still get all the lather goodness. Lastly, thanks for the 5 stars. :)
