Matches look pretty but box came wrapped in plastic

The matches look lovely but I was disappointed that the box was wrapped in a thin layer plastic, and also disappointed that this was not acknowledged up front in the description of packaging. Otherwise seems great!

YOU are totally right about this. They changed their packaging...and we failed to mention it on our site. We will reach out to them and talk about other options, we don't like the film either. Thank you for letting us know.
