PLASTIC & COTTON FREE!
LastSwab is a reusable, sustainable and sanitary alternative to cotton swabs, buds, and Q-tips. This handy little swab comes in a case that makes it easy and hygienic to carry with you. AND BONUS! It's made from fermented plant starch such as corn, cassava, sugarcane, and beet pulp. LastSwab helps combat the billions of single-use cotton swabs that are produced every day. But worse, discarded every day and to the tune of trillions of single-use plastic products being discarded to landfills and oceans.
Available here in two types:
Black Basic — This little guy boasts two ends with texture dots to do its job cleaning and blending.
Purple Beauty — This slick swab is smooth which makes it perfect for blending or applying make-up. The innovative design features a soft-feel tip made of medical silicone. It is delicate enough to be suitable for sensitive body parts, and so precise that it’ll become a make-up essential.
- Reduces landfill impact and ocean garbage
- Soft & flexible tip
- Strong & durable rod
- Comes with a biodegradable carrying case made from corn
- Durable — use over and over again
WHAT DOES IT REPLACE?
Each reusable LastSwab replaces 1000 cotton swabs... at least. Every year there are trillions of single-use plastic products discarded with out a second thought, only to end up in the ocean or landfil. To say nothing of the resources used to create single-use products.
BORING (BUT USEFUL) STUFF
Use LastSwab like you would use a normal cotton swap.
You can easily clean your LastSwap with soap and water. We do not recommend putting it in the dishwasher or boiling it.
The swab ends are TPE, the rod is plastic, and the case is PLA which is made of corn and is biodegradable. 🌱 When creating a product to last for thousands of uses, durability is key. LastSwab replaces thousands of single-use cotton swabs. Even if LastSwab does end up in the ocean, it’s damage is less than 0.1% of its single-use counterparts, simply because there will be much less of them. 🐋
