The creation of black garlic involves slow heating and humidity control, allowing the sugars within the garlic to caramelize over weeks, resulting in a deep umami profile with hints of balsamic vinegar, molasses, and tamarind. Grown and created locally in Upstate New York, this paste is a great addition to any pasta dish, cheese-board, pizza, or anything you can dream of!
