Plastic bags, plastic wrap, plastic zip baggies, plastic containers, aluminum foil, PUL or plastic-lined bread bags.

SIZE
14 x 11.5 x 0.3 in (35.6 x 29.2 x 0.8 cm)

USE
Let bread cool all the way before wrapping.
Insert bread (or other baked good) into bag.
Fold top over two times, using the warmth of your hand to seal.

CARE
Wash with cool water, if needed use natural soap, hang to dry.

For small crumbs, you can use a damp cloth to gently wipe off and clean, being mindful not to wipe too hard, so as not to remove the beeswax coating. 

LIFETIME
Beeswax wraps are typically reusable for a year (depending on use), and then can easily be composted.

TIP! Used spent wraps as fire starters.

Planet B makes home and personal care items that encourage a low waste lifestyle. We believe in reducing, reusing, repurposing, and recycling. All products are handmade in small batches and are either made from upcycled components and/or are re-useable or compostable at the end of their lives. Our goal is to make sustainability affordable and accessible for all while educating our community on sustainable practices.

We are here to show you that it isn't as hard or as expensive as you might think to start your journey towards lowering your carbon footprint! Planet B was started by a wife/husband team who started their zero waste journey together when they bought their first home in early 2018. They were frustrated that their local grocery stores packaged so many items in plastic and found we were throwing away a lot more than we had realized.

Since then, they have made small, incremental steps towards reducing our carbon footprint by finding affordable low-waste or no-waste alternatives to products bought or used regularly or hand-making others. They admit that nowhere near true "zero" waste, but hope that by continuing to make small steps and sharing their ideas and handmade products with others, they can help to make an impact on the climate crisis.
