Join Ali from Spirit and Abundance for Fermentation 201: Kimchi & Sauerkraut. In this workshop, participants will go a bit more in depth about the techniques needed to make the fermented foods sauerkraut and kimchi. And— you'll leave with your own jar of each!

About our presenter:
Ali is the founder of Spirit & Abundance, a small business crafting plant based cheese in the city of Rochester. A graduate from the Culinary Institute of America and Cornell University and with over 15 years of experience in the kitchen, Ali is dedicated to sharing how to cook living, plant based food along with cultured and fermented creations.
