Ascolano Olive Oil is a great go-to when you want a versatile, unflavored, quality extra virgin olive oil. And it is one of Cosimano & Ferrari's most awarded oils. Ascolano olives originated as a Tuscan mono-varietal known to flourish in the warmth of the Mediterranean climate. So it's no wonder it made its way to California where it also flourishes. 100% hand picked in late November, Ascolano olives are milled within hours of harvesting to ensure the highest level of freshness and quality. 

It's a perfect balance of light fruit and herbaceousness with hints of pineapple, mango, peach, and tomato leaf. Pair with Fig or Lemon Balsamic for a fresh dressing on salad, fish, or your favorite green. By itself on vanilla bean ice cream with sea salt and mint should be experienced by every palate.
