It's long-lasting and sturdy because it's made from beechwood, stainless steel, and copper. Someday... in the far far future, you can simply recylce the metal and compost the wood handle. 

    Fun Fact: Our friend Tiff is gaga for this tool. She has two cats and a dog — plus her husband has long hair. As soon as she had this in hand, she went to work on their area rugs and couch like there was nothing more fun. We're not kidding. She was so stoked that it was lifting what her Dyson vacuum hadn't.
