Join Ali from Spirit and Abundance for an introduction to fermentation! In this workshop, each participant will learn the basics of lacto-fermentation (the fermentation technique responsible for sauerkraut and kimchi) as well as get their hands dirty making their own brined fermented pickles!

About our presenter:
Ali is the founder of Spirit & Abundance, a small business crafting plant based cheese in the city of Rochester. A graduate from the Culinary Institute of America and Cornell University and with over 15 years of experience in the kitchen, Ali is dedicated to sharing how to cook living, plant based food along with cultured and fermented creations.
