Contains: Glass dispenser with one 50 meter floss spool. Or, refill 2-pack with two 50 meter floss spools.

Use: Gently pull out 12 inches of floss and roll the floss around your thumb to control the strength and position close to gum line.

Flossing daily helps to remove food debris and prevent bacteria from the areas that sometimes regular brushing cannot reach.
