ABOUT THE COMPANY Lumily is a brand with a big heart and a love for crafting beautiful things that make a difference in the world. Our name, Lumily, is a combination of "world" and "family", because we believe that by supporting each other, no matter where we're from, we can make the world a better place. That's why we work hand-in-hand with talented artisans to create one-of-a-kind products that are not only gorgeous, but also made with care and fairness.
Our mission is to foster and uplift the creativity, ingenuity, and passion of local artisans while forging enduring partnerships rooted in the principles of Fair Trade. Today Lumily partners with over 200 artisans in three countries: Mexico, Guatemala and Thailand. The company has expanded since its humble beginnings, yet our mission remains the same: to create social change one artisan at a time. We pride ourselves in never sacrificing quality or fair wages for the sake of profits. We adhere to fair trade guidelines creating reliable, long term relationships while working with a transparent business model.
Aside from creating change through our products, we aim to provide our artisan groups with as much assistance as possible. Lumily provides the funds for 14 children in Guatemala to go to school, we have an emergency fund set aside for all artisans and we host fundraisers to provide extra support for the artisans and their families.
