Resealable Zip Bags — Snack, Sandwich, Quart, Gallon

Plastic bags and traditional polyethylene based resealable zipper bags for food storage.

Snack Size: Each pack has 30, 6.5" X 3.5" bags.
Sandwich Size: Each pack has 25, 6.5" X 6.7" bags.
Quart Size: Each pack has 20, 7" X 8.7" bags.
Gallon Size: Each pack has 15, 10.6" x 10.75" bags.

They can be readily composted along with organic waste in municipal composting facilities. Not recommended to store liquids (like broth) or for use in a microwave. 

MATERIALS
Bioplastic derived from the starches of plants, vegetable oils, and compostable Mater-Bi. Both Bag and Zipper are certified compostable. Does NOT contain polyethylene.

SOURCING
Sandwich and Gallon size are made in Thailand, Snack and Quart sizes are made in China.

BioBag® is a world leader in providing bags and films for the collection of organic waste for the purpose of composting. Unlike regular plastic, BioBags can be consumed by micro-organisms that live in our soils. Because we use starches from renewable crops, our bags can be readily composted along with organic waste in municipal composting facilities.

BioBag isn’t a large petroleum-based plastic bag company that now conveniently dabbles in the new business of compostable bags. We are a small, privately owned company dedicated to only producing certified compostable bags and films. The resin we use is sourced from Italy, as there is no “compostable resin” supplier in North America that can guarantee a resin that is based on GMO Free crops. The resin is then blown into compostable bags and film at our production facility in California. Little steps really do make a BIG difference - especially when creating products for the GREEN industry is all we do!
