Includes flexible silicone mesh straining top and draining reservoir to keep counters dry.

Care: Clean in the dishwasher or hand wash.

FDA approved food grade silicone that is 100% BPA and Phthalate free.

PACKAGING
The packaging we offer is 100% recycled kraft paper. 

SOURCE
Responsibly manufactured in China... where 99.9% of all silicone produces are made.

Food Huggers® started in China because we had a good friend that we had worked with for many years and had a lot of experience in silicone.  Starting a small company is a very daunting task and it gave us great comfort to be able to work with a friend who we knew would take care of our design, and give the best quality possible.  

We have looked into the possibility of being Made in USA a few times. So far it has not been viable to produce in USA and keep the pricing affordable for our customers. The retail prices would have had to go WAY up. Food Huggers was started in 2013 as a Kickstarter campaign launched by two industrial designer friends, Michelle Ivankovic and Adrienne McNicholas.
