Go ahead and look them up. Your mouth can absorbs whatever you put in it directly into your bloodstream, so even if you're great about spitting and rinsing, you've added these chemicals into your system. Plus, most traditional toothpastes have loads of packaging that can't be recycled.
BORING (BUT USEFUL) STUFF? Contains: 125 tabs (2 month supply!) Net Wt 1.4 oz
Brushing Tips: Take a little sip of water first or wet your toothbrush. Use a softer toothbrush, let the tab do the work.
Transition Tips: If you are switching from a traditional name brand toothpaste, you may have to brush a few times with this to get used to the less sweet taste. It only takes a few times to make the switch. If you're using our Butter Me Up Organics toothpaste, the tabs are mintier and less 'baking soda' tasting so you may like these better.
Why your teeth may look cleaner or whiter: Many UNPASTE customers have the impression that their teeth have become whiter. However, this is not the result of any bleaching action or ingredients. UNPASTE polishes the teeth to a high gloss. This greatly increases how much light is reflected, and the teeth appear shinier, similar to how they look after a polishing at the dentist’s office. In addition, UNPASTE’s polishing action removes stains on the teeth due to tea, coffee, red wine, and nicotine, making them appear cleaner and whiter.
Expiration date: The official expiration date for the fluoride toothpaste tablets is three years after production, but the fluoride-free tablets only lose a bit of flavor over time and don’t expire.
INGREDIENTS Microcrystalline Cellulose—facilitates UNPASTE’s ultra-smooth polishing action, even cleaning and polishing in the interdental spaces. Debris simply beads up on the tooth surface and plaque growth is inhibited. Sodium bicarbonate (Baking Soda)—adjusts the pH of the citric acid. Silica—serves as a cleaning agent and helps to remove any soft plaque. Amisoft (Sodium Lauryl Glutamate)—is a natural, mild, eco-friendly surfactant. Sodium lauryl glutamate should not be confused with monosodium glutamate (MSG), used in the food industry. UNPASTE tablets are MSG-free and gluten-free. Magnesium Stearate—is a compound commonly used in tablet manufacturing. Natural Mint Flavor from essential oil—gives UNPASTE its breath-freshening power. Menthol—helps freshen breath and adds a brisk, cool sensation to brushing. Xanthan Gum—is a natural thickener for the tablets, helping them break down smoothly in the mouth. Stevia—is a natural sweetener, derived from the leaf of the stevia plant, which does not promote tooth decay. Citric Acid—stimulates the flow of saliva in the mouth. This increase in saliva accelerates the remineralization of tooth surfaces. And, regulates the tablet’s pH so it’s gentle on sensitive gums. Additionally, the Fluoride version contains: Sodium fluoride (.62 mg of fluoride in each fluoride toothpaste tablet) helps protect against cavities.
PACKAGING A certified compostable little bag printed with organic ink. That's it. The details: Organic soy inks on recycled paper. The interior biofilm coating is made from non-GMO lactic acid. It’s fully composable.

ABOUT THE COMPANY Lin and Patrick are two friends who joined forces to bring the world’s greatest tooth tablets to North America. They want everyone to ditch toothpaste for the good of the planet and teeth everywhere.
I love these tabs! I switched over to this after using BITE ( way too sweet with lots of tout and very high price tag) . It took a little time to adjust as this tab is a different experience, less sweet, drier and doesn't foam. I am definitely not going back. It cleans my teeth well, is modestly packaged and contains just the essential ingredients.
I am not a review leaver, but this company has amazing values and I feel noticed and cared for each time I receive my order because of the thoughtful and personalized way they pack it.
THANK YOU for taking the time to leave this awesome review. We liked these tabs the best out of many we tried... some were too salty, some too sweet. You're right, it's a different experience using a tab, takes a bit of getting used to. Glad you persevered.
AND... if you're speaking to What's Good in the last bit. We love you. Thank you!

Perfect clean & taste
This makes it easy to use green products. So much better and easier/clean then typical toothpastes.
We agree! Healthy for you, healthy for the planet. Thanks so much for writing in.

This is the first time I’ve tried toothpaste tablets, and these are great! Have been using them for a couple of weeks now and am very happy with them. I will definitely order more of these from this site. I really appreciate that they ordered the fluoride version for me after I requested it. The tablets and this store are the best!
Wow. You took time on your Saturday to write in, thank you! It's funny... we had a note in our product detail saying that we'd order it for any one who preferred these with fluoride... you were the first customer to request it and now that we have it, this fluoride version is flying out the door. Thank you! Thank you!

Good texture and taste
These little tabs are wonderful. Been using them for some time and recently found them on What’s Good so now I can buy them along with other great things.
The price is reasonable and the bags stay fresh for a while so you can easily stock up.
I would like the option to also buy the fluoride version as I don’t use fluoridated water.
Everything in my order came in an up-cycled box and was so nicely packed. You can tell this small business cares about what they do. I will be switching to buying as many items from them as I can going forward. Thanks for a lovely and personalized order.
WE DO CARE! We appreciate you noticing and for taking the time to say such nice things. Somewhere between your order and now, we started stocking the fluoride version. Plenty of fluoride for you next order. Stay well and thank you!
